“Wisdom Eye Europe” APP is developed by Guangzhou Candid Electronics Co., Ltd. ( Hereinafter referred to as “CandidTech”), company registered address: Building B8,Huachuang Industrial Park， Shiqi Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, on behalf of Nissan International SA.
When using “Wisdom Eye Europe” App (hereinafter the “App”), the user can interact with the connected dash cam and upload its records on his mobile phone. The processing of personal information carried out in the use of the App are described in this Privacy policy, together with the rights and responsibilities of the user.

identified and collected for fault prompt only; behaviors information will not have connection to
specific user.)
• your device album (“Wisdom Eye Europe” and your mobile phone for the purpose of uploading the
“Wisdom Eye Europe” records from the device SD Card)
• information relating to the use of the service
• Geolocation data might be processed within the framework of the use of the App, but not stored.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The information collected by the App will be kept for the duration necessary to keep the App running.
By default, CandidTech will not keep any records uploaded by the user via the App. Users can back up their data in "Wisdom Eye Europe" through SD card according to their own needs.
WHO DO WE SHARE DATA WITH?
CandidTech does not share any data collected by the App with third parties.
What are your rights?
YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA OR REQUEST IT BE DELETED OR MODIFIED AT ANY TIME. YOU CAN ALSO ASK TO RECEIVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN A STANDARD FORMAT.
You can object to your data being processed or request its use be restricted.
